He walks Into traffic
Scans a Car's registration
and Has Them Pull Over.
He is Not Police Officer
But a Traffic Enforcement
With No Authority
He Gives Them A Ticket
for Parking!!!!
Remember he walks into live
traffic and does this.
The Officer Stopped
Doing This once He
was Photographed
How Many Victims
has he given
illegal tickets to.
He did hide his
face and turn his back
His name is on the
badge...
He and his
partner hides
on a side street
Orchard Street
He Tickets
On Delancey Street
